Job Description:
- Identifying potential projects on Upwork that align with the company’s expertise and business goals.
- Craft compelling and customized proposals for each project, highlighting the company’s strengths and addressing the client’s requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and answer any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Maintain an organized record of all bids and client communications. Follow up with clients to increase the chances of winning projects. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online bidding and freelancing projects.
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role in online freelancing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding process and platform dynamics.
- Ability to write clear,concise and persuasive proposals.
- Strongs research skills to identify and target suitable projects.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with (industry-related software/tools) is a plus.
